Several chapters deal with specific meditations. How is meditation done? The examples are clear and straight forward. As God asks us to be kind and caring the author shows how to achieve that. Some of the chapters include being compassionate to yourself.
Compassionate expression helps give life purpose and connection. I enjoyed the book. It’s challenging but gently written. I recommend it.
