Fair Trade We sell a fantastic selection of Equal Exchange coffees, chocolate bars, cocoa and baking cocoa. Items are available in the church office which is open Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM. The Fair Trade Ministry at Holy Trinity started in 1997.
