St. Francis of Assisi (1181/82-1226) called all creatures his siblings, and so it is longstanding tradition to bless animals on St. Francis’ Feastday. Bring your pet, large or small, leashed or in crates to be blessed on this special day. Dog and cat snacks will be available.
