Many strong opinions that judge, condemn and exclude people are based on things that the bible clearly states. However, the bible profoundly irritates us when it also clearly states that we are not allowed to take interest on loans and that we should give our money away. The excitement that these absolutely clear statements generates is considerably less, than the excitement that drives us when it comes to pointing our fingers at sinners. I wonder why?
